We are seeking an analytical and business-oriented Business Finance Manager to join our team. This individual will be focused on shaping pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.
This role involves designing and implementing pricing frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments, monitoring MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics to maximize profitability.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5-8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles
- Exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable
- CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields
Key skills include:
- Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows)
- Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis
- Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence
This position also requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability, participating in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
