Tendering Specialist Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Specialist to manage the end-to-end tendering process, securing government and institutional business.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Management: Identify and track relevant tenders/RFPs from government portals, institutions, and agencies.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in compliance with requirements, managing pre-bid queries, clarifications, and amendments.
Main Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling technical specifications, certificates, brochures, and authorization letters in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain updated records of mandatory registrations (GeM, MSME, ISO, CDSCO, CE, etc.) and ensure compliance with legal, finance, and operations to align terms and conditions, taxes, and statutory documentation.

  • Pricing & Strategy:
  • Work with management to prepare competitive pricing strategies while safeguarding margins, conducting market intelligence on competitor pricing and awarded tenders.
  • Maintain a database of submitted tenders, outcomes, and insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Science, Commerce, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a tendering/procurement role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian tendering systems (GeM, CPPP, state portals, institutional tenders).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals.
