Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead our regional function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, talent management, performance enhancement, employee relations, and administrative operations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Talent Management
  • Launch regional skill development initiatives and implement talent management strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate and deliver training programs, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Performance Enhancement
  • Conduct training on performance management systems and associated policies for the regional team.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance management policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of performance management processes for the regional team.
  • Employee Relations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Administrative Operations
  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies and other essentials.
