Workforce Strategist: A Key Role in Business Success

">Job Description:

The Workforce Strategist plays a vital role in driving business success by developing and implementing effective workforce strategies. This individual will collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement plans that meet the evolving needs of the organization.

This role requires a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, labor laws, and employee engagement. The Workforce Strategist must be able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform strategic decisions.

  • Employee Relations Expertise: Provide guidance on conflict resolution, pro-active relationship improvements, and facilitate open communication channels between employees and management.
  • CASE Management Services: Deliver support for sickness absence, grievances, and disciplinary activities, ensuring compliance with local legislation and organizational policies.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with business unit needs, promoting diversity and equity in hiring practices.
  • Performance Management: Assist managers in conducting performance reviews, addressing underperformance, and implementing improvement plans to enhance employee productivity and retention.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, including labor laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Business Restructures: Manage employee-related activities aligned to restructuring, including Employee Relations, redeployment, and exit support.
  • Workforce Planning: Contribute to the development of workforce planning strategies, forecasting future talent needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I): Collaborate with CoEs and Global colleagues to implement DEI strategies, fostering inclusive workplace environments and promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Workforce Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, leveraging analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions. This role requires exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational systems.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on workforce strategy, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Knowledge of workforce planning tools and techniques.
