Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Assist the management team in designing, implementing, and maintaining effective recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans that attract top talent to the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
  • Conduct pre-screens, schedule interviews, and administer reference checks and assessments.
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies and maintain relationships with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Partner with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Guide hiring managers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Listen, address, and investigate employee issues, concerns, and complaints.
    • Act as an advisor and resource to managers and supervisors.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement:
    • Team partner in employer branding by highlighting key differentiators.
    • Implement employee rewards programs that recognize performance achievements.
  • Supporting Special Initiatives:
    • Support and participate in department projects such as compensation and benefits, people systems, communications, employee engagement, learning and development, total rewards, and corporate engagements.

Requirements:

  • 5-6 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, principles, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
