Job Title: Chief Creative Strategist

Craft compelling campaigns for clients by leveraging social platforms as broadcast media or narrowcast, using insights, technologies, and expertise in a test-and-learn approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze Category, Competition, Consumer, Culture & Brand to develop unique and differentiated insights.
  • Develop an integrated strategy platform for campaigns/pitches that serves as a creative springboard.
  • Present visual presentations with sharp perspective and riveting narrative.
  • Translate business objectives into social/digital media objectives, enriched by proprietary benchmarks.
  • Analyze available insights and define overall strategy in terms of Distribution and Amplification.
  • Determine the right advertising pressure to achieve goals, considering objectives, challenges, and limitations.
Requirements:
  • Post Graduate with around 7 years of experience in brand planning, social, and/or digital campaign management, digital creative strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect business requirements to strategy solutions.
  • Research and data analytical skills, generating data-based insights for the strategy process.
  • Passionate about fast-evolving social/digital media environment, sharing a strong point of view with clients and colleagues.
  • Innovative thinking, identifying emerging platforms or partners for brand, social, and digital strategies.
  • Effective collaboration, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
