Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level designers to reach their full potential through personalized guidance and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and strategists to bring integrated campaign ideas to life, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results
  • Oversee visual consistency across projects, maintaining our brand guidelines and ensuring cohesive brand representation
  • Present creative concepts confidently to internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the value proposition and driving business outcomes
  • Stay at the forefront of industry design trends, leveraging AI tools and techniques to enhance creativity and efficiency in workflows
