Job Title: Chief Cyber Innovation Strategist

About the Role

The Chief Cyber Innovation Strategist will lead the development and implementation of innovative cybersecurity solutions to drive business growth and protect against emerging threats.

This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in leading innovation initiatives, driving strategic partnerships, and fostering a culture of experimentation and prototyping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the organization's overall cybersecurity objectives
  • Lead the design and operation of an innovation lab to ensure state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure enablement
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of innovation initiatives and the overall impact of the team
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders
  • Built and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including industry experts, research institutions, and technology vendors
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Cyber Innovation & Simulation
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development
  • Strong technical background with experience in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and align innovation efforts with the organization's business objectives
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management)
  • An advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology
