Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to spearhead our financial operations. This role encompasses overseeing finance strategy, cash flow management, investor relations, reporting, taxation, fundraising, and compliance.

The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of finance, particularly in real estate or hospitality, and has navigated at least one venture fundraising journey. They must thrive in fast-paced environments with high growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic & Operational Finance: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans, including forecasting, structuring, and budgeting.
  • Accounting, Audit & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate financial closures, manage statutory and internal audits, and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Create compelling financial models, lead due diligence, and negotiate with investors.
  • Banking & Treasury: Foster relationships with lenders, manage debt structures, and oversee treasury operations.
  • Vendor & Cost Management: Negotiate vendor contracts, implement cost control systems, and monitor procurement cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
  • 8+ years of experience in finance roles
  • Strong background in VC fundraising, due diligence, and modeling
  • Experience in hospitality, real estate, or venture-backed startups
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and financial software like Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks
