Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial aspects of the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and reliable financial information, compliance with statutory accounts and international standards, and effective management of working capital and cash flow.

About this Role:

  • Maintain and improve financial policies, procedures, and systems within the organization.
  • Manage and supervise accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable and payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Communicate with senior leadership on fraud or compliance issues and manage internal and external compliance reporting.
  • Deliver value-added business analysis and define meaningful financial and operational metrics for accurate decision-making.
  • Prepare consolidated management reports for senior leadership, including full financial statements and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
