About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Market Expansion Specialist to drive growth and expansion in the pre-harvest segment. The successful candidate will possess strong product knowledge, revenue generation skills, and excellent relationships with Dehaat Centre and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with farmers and promote input sales, ensuring seamless customer engagement and retention.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with retailers, dealers, and lead farmers, fostering long-term business growth.
  • Leverage technology solutions to enhance crop yields, productivity, and profitability for farmers.
  • Organize promotional events that showcase our products and services, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate closely with Farmer and DeHaat Centre teams to achieve assigned targets and goals.

Preferred Qualification:

  • A background in agriculture or a related field, with a strong understanding of agricultural practices and industry trends.
