We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager/Specialist to fill a key role in our organization. As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for overseeing government tender-related activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Tender Management:

  • Develop and implement tender strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage tender submissions
  • Bid Preparation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-quality bids, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with tendering processes

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in tender management or a similar role, preferably in the power industry
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of tendering processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
