Job Title: Experience Manager

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and deliver high-impact experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students beyond the classroom.
  • The role focuses on driving challenges that equip students with real-world problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Challenge Development: Lead the conceptualization and end-to-end execution of UG Outclass challenges.
  2. Learning Outcomes: Ensure challenges deliver measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development.
  3. Participation Tracking: Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to refine and improve future editions.
  4. Student Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for UG students regarding Outclass activities, communications, and logistics.
  5. Support Functions: Support timetabling, attendance, LMS updates, and record-keeping for Outclass sessions.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery.
  7. Event Planning: Plan and execute Outclass-linked showcases and events across the UG program.
  8. Logistics Management: Handle end-to-end logistics: requirements gathering, mentor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution.
  9. Finance Coordination: Manage reimbursements, student winnings, and finance coordination for Outclass activities.
  10. Reporting and Communication: Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all initiatives.
  11. Quick Resolutions: Provide quick resolutions to student operational queries and IT/logistical needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
