As a strategic partner to business leadership, the Human Resources Lead will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging and retaining top talent to drive business priorities and growth.

This role requires an experienced professional who is proactive, innovative and passionate about people. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leaders to inform decisions on all aspects of workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead the HR Business Partner team to drive focus and progress on critical human capital metrics.
  • Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify key roles and talent gaps, and develop plans to staff these roles with top performers.
  • Oversee talent management efforts to attract, select and retain high-calibre talent that aligns with business needs and values.
  • Manage employee relations, including labour and employment matters.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans to support organisational transformations.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning and HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure HR policies, practices and processes comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
