Accessibility Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accessibility Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who is passionate about bridging accessibility gaps in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

The successful candidate will work closely with a Data & Appliance Analyst to provide visual interpretation, data summarization, and navigation assistance within platforms such as Azure Portals, Excel, and Visual Studio.

The ideal candidate should have basic coding knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong communication skills.

A willingness to learn and openness to training in accessibility standards and related tools are essential.

About the Role:

  • Closely collaborate with the Analyst to ensure seamless support
  • Provide real-time visual interpretation and data summarization
  • Utilize intermediate Excel functions to streamline workflows
  • Assist in converting and formatting documents to meet accessibility standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret, and make basic code changes
  • Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis
  • Summarize meetings, manage task follow-ups, and track progress in collaboration with team members
