Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and updating construction documents in our system to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Maintaining and updating construction budget details is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • The candidate will assign inspection orders to nearby inspectors and track their acceptance and scheduling within the stipulated timeframe.

Effective communication with stakeholders via calls and emails is crucial to obtain missing or required documentation. Coordinating with stakeholders through email and phone communication to ensure order fulfillment is also an essential part of this role.

Scheduling and managing site inspections with field inspectors across the United States, following up to expedite order completion, is another key responsibility of this position. Notifying clients about order status updates via emails and chat messages to ensure transparency and efficiency is also a critical task.
