Internal Communication Measurement Analyst

Job Description:

This role is crucial in assessing the effectiveness of our internal communications efforts and providing data-driven insights to improve engagement and information flow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication measurement strategy, staying current with industry best practices in communication measurement and analytics.
  • Research and Data Collection: Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods, analyzing data from multiple sources, including engagement surveys, intranet, and email.
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal communications, analyzing data to identify trends and patterns, and providing regular reports and presentations on communication effectiveness.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Collaborate with internal communications team to develop data-driven recommendations, informing strategic communication decisions based on data insights.
  • Tool Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance measurement capabilities.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a communications or HR setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with survey design and analysis, proficiency in ML a plus (Python).
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis and research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with internal communications platforms and tools is a plus.
