">Product Intelligence Specialist

 

Overview :

  • Drive Business Growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to elevate the performance of online products.
  • Enhance Customer Experience by analyzing customer pain points, behaviors, and preferences to inform product development and improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Market Research and Analysis : Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and e-commerce dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Data Collection and Insights : Collect, analyze, and distribute intelligence on products, competitors, and customer behaviors across various platforms.
  3. Collaboration and Strategy : Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  4. Competitive Analysis : Conduct regular competitive analysis on feature enhancements and rollouts by competitors.
  5. Recommendations and Solutions : Use data to understand customer pain points and recommend solutions to the product team.
  6. Experimentation and Analytics : Design experiments to test multiple hypotheses and own end-to-end analytics of a product pod.

 

Requirements :

  • Experience in Analytics & Data Extraction tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to gather insights around product performance and user engagement from clickstream data.
  • Understanding of what drives user engagement and retention, and how data can be used to evaluate this.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills to highlight data trends and recommendations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in online products (App/Web products).
  • Experience in instrumentation of data capturing for online platforms.
