Job Title: Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated product development specialist to join our team. As a product development specialist, you will play a key role in the development of strategies and programs for large clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting analysis and identifying issues in defined areas of responsibility
  • Developing recommendations and preparing presentations for clients
  • Synthesizing analysis and identifying relevant implications
  • Building relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate complex ideas effectively and build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • An undergraduate or master's degree with experience in a consulting/analytics organization
  • 2+ years of experience in a consulting organization as a consultant
  • Expertise on one or more of SQL, Python, Big data/Hadoop (Pyspark/ScalaSpark/SparkR), HQL, Hive, R
  • Experience with one or more of segmentation, data modeling, machine learning/deep learning, campaign insights, A/B testing, data-driven product development
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics skills
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of which they are applying for a position in, as well as eligible to apply for travel visas as required by travel needs.
