Global Product Specialist Role

The role of a Global Product Specialist involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs and acceptance criteria. As a specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with HR squad members to ensure user stories meet stakeholder needs.

You will use your knowledge of staffing applications and business processes to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR squad members to ensure user stories meet stakeholder needs
  • Use knowledge of staffing applications and business processes to support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization
  • Work closely with the Product Owner and key stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs and acceptance criteria

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of influencing large cross-functional teams and solving complex problems for business functions with significant impact

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the HR domain, specifically with performance systems
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering/user story design and story mapping
