Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Regulatory Reporting or Trade Transaction Reporting of OTC ETD Derivatives and be proficient in requirements elicitation, structured analysis, and stakeholder management.

About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst will play a critical part in our growth strategy for the region, focusing on Regulatory Reporting solutions. The role will expand into broader capabilities such as data insights and analytics delivery to the Global marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents for regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Analyse complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of regulatory reporting solutions.
  • Design and implement business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on regulatory reporting solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.
  • 5-12 years of relevant professional experience in financial services IT.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL, DB Object-oriented languages, general technology know-how, ISO 20022, XML, FpML, JSON, CSV.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
