Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Product Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of consumer research in the Business & Market Intelligence business.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the development of effective and impactful storylines and presentations that showcase key findings and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality, data-driven content, including reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, and other research tools to gather valuable insights.
  • Analyze and visualize survey data using Power BI and other tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with market research vendors and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Support product P&L management and financial planning.
  • Advocate for Market Research product lines by creating compelling communications and sales enablement materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, and Master's degree in Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, report generation, and storyboarding, preferably in a top consulting firm or market research agency.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills, with experience in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience working in fast-paced teams.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and building relationships with senior executives.
