Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader

The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term TA operational plans to drive business growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the candidate experience.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and utilization of TA technology tools to support the TA function.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of TA operations.
  • Data Analysis: Provide data-driven insights to inform TA strategies and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive TA strategy that drives business growth.
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of TA professionals.
  3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in TA operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of TA processes, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
