Senior HR Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, preparing and analyzing HR reports, and supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records in an HR software system.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Apply data insights using AI tools to drive business decisions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and systems.
  • Assist in designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Manage and resolve employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize training & development programs to enhance professional growth.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and foster a positive working culture.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and HR tools/software.
  • Experience with HRMS systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
