Job Title: Senior Process Mining Specialist - BFSI Sector

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end process mining initiatives to uncover hidden patterns and trends in client data
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop and maintain complex process models, leveraging Celonis technology to identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems

Requirements:
- 4-12 years of experience in process mining, data analysis, or a related field (senior level)
- Strong expertise in Celonis, SQL, and data modeling
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact process improvements in the BFSI sector
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
