Senior Polarion Configuration Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Polarion configuration specialist to join our team. As a senior expert in Polarion, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex configurations, workflows, and processes to support project-specific requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement custom Polarion configurations to meet the needs of various projects and teams.
  • Develop and maintain process workflows, traceability matrices, and custom templates aligned with industry standards and company policies.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of Polarion features among cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical challenges, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Polarion configuration, workflow implementation, and process customization.
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and V-model methodologies for requirements engineering, validation, change management, and release planning.
  • Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with SAFe framework (10-week Program Increments).
