Job Title: NetSuite Functional Specialist

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Functional Specialist to lead our end-to-end implementation and optimization projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and documenting NetSuite systems across various modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead NetSuite implementation and optimization projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
  • Manage a team of functional consultants and analysts, providing coaching and oversight.
  • Own NetSuite system design, configuration, and documentation across Financials, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, CRM, and Projects modules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Define and enforce NetSuite governance, including change management, release cycles, and system integrity.
  • Oversee solution architecture, system testing, data migration, and training.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with system integrators and third-party tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic), and NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo).
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
  • Experience managing multi-phase ERP rollouts or global NetSuite environments.
