Lead NetSuite Implementation and Optimization

As a seasoned professional, you will lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation and optimization projects. Your primary goal will be to drive successful project delivery, leveraging your expertise in system design, configuration, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your technical expertise to implement scalable NetSuite solutions that meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage a team of consultants and analysts, providing coaching and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain NetSuite system design, configuration, and documentation across various modules.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements, automation, and system integrations.
  • Serve as the escalation point for NetSuite-related issues and system performance concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of NetSuite ERP experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful NetSuite implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially Financials, SCM, CRM, and Projects.
  • Strong understanding of business process design and cross-functional workflows.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SuiteSuccess methodology and industry verticals (e.g., SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services).
  • Working knowledge of SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic), and NetSuite integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo).
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications or experience managing agile ERP projects.
