We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive CDP strategy and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute the CDP practice vision, go-to-market strategy, and business development initiatives.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and consulting teams to define client value propositions and growth opportunities.
    • Foster strong relationships with CXO-level clients to position CDP as a core enabler of digital transformation.
  • Consulting & Solutioning
    • Translate business objectives into actionable CDP use cases and measurable outcomes.
    • Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to develop effective strategies and solutions.
    • Partner with technology teams to design CDP architectures and integrations with MarTech, AdTech, and CRM ecosystems.
    • Provide guidance on digital analytics for assigned accounts.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and issues.
  • Practice & People Development
    • Mentor cross-functional teams on CDP best practices, data strategy, and customer engagement.
    • Contribute to thought leadership and industry events.
    • Build partnerships with CDP vendors to strengthen ecosystem relationships.

Requirements include 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or data-driven marketing, strong experience in CDP strategy, implementation, or solutioning, proven ability to engage with senior client stakeholders, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
