About this role:

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in process improvement, project chartering, and team collaboration to evaluate financial impact and ensure sustainability of improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Charter a process improvement project
  • Work with process owners and functional teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Evaluate financial impact / savings due to process improvements
  • Ensure the sustainability of improvements

This role involves:

  • Strong understanding of software engineering, project lifecycle, and implementation
  • Ability to quickly learn and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of metrics analysis
  • Prior experience working in process-driven projects
  • Ability to understand business needs and develop quality frameworks for internal and external customers
  • Proficiency in Agile Framework
  • Strong knowledge of CMMI Framework and process areas
