We are seeking a highly motivated Global Travel Sales Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their travel dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with travel requirements, providing expert solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to meet individual and team targets.
- Resolve complex travel inquiries, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Pursue personal growth and development, meeting monthly individual goals.
- Become an Arrivia brand expert, staying up-to-date on product offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate with the team to meet shared objectives and celebrate success.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- A results-driven approach, with a passion for sales and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software to manage sales performance and track progress.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances.
This role is based in Mumbai, India, and requires regular attendance at the office.
