We are seeking a visionary professional to spearhead sales growth and lead high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales, team management, and market development. They will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to acquire merchants across various segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute market acquisition strategies.
- Drive sourcing, lead generation, and closure of new merchant acquisitions & activations.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Build strong relationships with merchants and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan and implement promotional strategies to boost market penetration & visibility.
Key Competencies:
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales & team management.
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles and practices with the ability to coach teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with attention to detail.
Market Knowledge: Local market expertise is essential for this role.
Regular travel across the city is required to expand market presence.
Consistent achievement of sales and activation targets is expected.
