Job Summary

A skilled Information Security expert is required to lead the development, deployment and delivery of comprehensive security solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and experience with access management, compliance reporting, and IAM best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as an SME for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and operations
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
  • Spearhead application integrations, including development of custom connectors, rules, reports, and workflows
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, support, and resolution for IAM-related issues
  • Collaborate with operations teams, developers, and application owners for requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support
  • Build custom plugins and complex customizations (e.g., segregation of duties, infrastructure asset integration)
  • Contribute to key project decisions, mentor team members, and ensure delivery excellence
  • Champion automation, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction initiatives within the IAM domain
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ
  • Strong knowledge of IGA, compliance reporting & IAM frameworks
  • Proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and SSB processes
  • Bachelor's degree
