Role Overview

IAM Sailpoint Engineer (L3)

This is a critical role for an experienced IAM and Sailpoint engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IAM and Sailpoint systems, as well as experience working in a mission-critical banking environment.

  • Provide L3-level support for IAM + Sailpoint
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and local banking regulator requirements
  • Design, architect, and optimize OAM + Sailpoint platforms
  • Lead major incidents and mentor teams
  • Define standards and implement automation
  • Participate in DR/BCP drills and performance baselining
  • Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, architect, and optimize IAM and Sailpoint platforms
- Provide L3-level support for IAM and Sailpoint systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead major incidents and mentor teams
- Participate in DR/BCP drills and performance baselining

Required Skills:

- Deep understanding of IAM and Sailpoint systems
- Experience working in a mission-critical banking environment- Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills
