We are seeking a skilled Senior Identity Security Specialist to join our team. This role will involve designing, developing, and managing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure critical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • PAM Solution Design and Development: Design and develop PAM solutions using BeyondTrust and other tools to secure critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Password Rotation Policies and Access Workflows: Configure and maintain password rotation policies and access workflows for privileged accounts.
  • Troubleshooting and Incident Response: Troubleshoot PAM issues including credential vault failures, session recording errors, and access request failures.
  • Integration with Enterprise Systems: Integrate PAM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and ticketing systems.
  • Azure Privileged Access Management: Manage Azure privileged access using Entra PIM and Conditional Access.
  • Scripting and Automation: Utilize scripting languages like PowerShell or Python to automate routine tasks and reporting.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Conduct periodic audits, access reviews, and compliance reporting to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Environment Administration: Administer Active Directory, LDAP, and Entra ID environments.
  • Access Control and Monitoring: Enforce MFA, adaptive access policies, and RBAC across hybrid environments and monitor authentication logs, failed login attempts, and security threats.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4–12 years of hands-on experience in PAM, IAM, and authentication technologies.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in BeyondTrust, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Azure PIM.
  • Cloud Experience: Working knowledge of cloud IAM services (Azure, AWS) and authentication protocols.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications preferred (e.g., BeyondTrust Certified, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, CyberArk Defender).
  • Skill Set: Strong problem-solving skills, structured and independent working style, excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
