Our company is seeking a highly skilled Identity Operations Engineer to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining the security and integrity of our digital systems.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure identity management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, and other technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those requirements.

  • You should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think abstractly, and be comfortable working with ambiguous or undefined problems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders at different levels.
  • You should have a solid understanding of database management and data structures, as well as experience with modern authentication methodologies like SAML-based Federation, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID.

The ideal candidate will have good experience with IAM products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, and CyberArk. They should also be familiar with building IAM solutions in complex landscapes involving multiple applications and integration types.

Bonus points if you have experience with Agile teams, contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external audits, and designing Role Based Access Control systems.
