Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Identity Access Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our identity and access management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing secure and efficient identity access solutions.

  • Singapore IT job openings require professionals like you to oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) infrastructure, integrating with cloud services and on-prem applications.
  • You will manage authentication mechanisms such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos for secure access.
  • Maintain and optimize identity and access management systems including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Federation Services.
  • Ensure full account lifecycle management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and role changes, coordinating with HR and security systems.
  • Support group management processes, access role definitions, and distribution/security group governance.
  • Monitor authentication systems for high availability, performance, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related incidents, including login failures, MFA issues, and access provisioning errors.
  • Implement and document policies for identity lifecycle, group management, and authentication standards.
  • Proficiency in IAM tools such as Okta and Azure AD.
  • Experience with ticketing tools e.g., ServiceNow and JIRA.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience managing SSO solutions and identity platforms in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 identity services.
  • Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP protocols.
  • Experience with ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Okta, or similar identity providers.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell for identity automation.
  • Understanding of account lifecycle management and integration with HR systems.
  • Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
