Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled IAM Technical Specialist with expertise in Identity and Access Management tools and .NET technologies to contribute to product development across the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing access management policies, designing application provisioning/de-provisioning processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Additionally, they should be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IAM and .NET application issues while ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Key Requirements
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–12 years of development experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

  • Implement access management policies and workflows.
  • Design and maintain application provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
