Quality Assurance Specialist Role

 

This position is ideal for those who are passionate about ensuring high-quality outcomes in mortgage processes. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of these processes.

 

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in reviewing documents related to mortgage processes in the US. Strong knowledge of loss mitigation principles and practices is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in reviewing income documents, calculating incomes, and analyzing financial statements, expenses sheets, and credit reports.

  • Analyze and interpret complex financial data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements
