Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced quality professional to lead our team of quality analysts in delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end quality audits for mortgage-related processes, including loan origination, processing, underwriting, servicing, and foreclosure.
  • Conduct regular audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze quality trends and collaborate with operations/training teams to develop performance improvement plans.
  • Create, review, and update quality guidelines and checklists to meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present quality dashboards, root cause analysis (RCA) reports, and improvement initiatives to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to align internal and client expectations on quality standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for mortgage processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, such as RESPA and TILA.
  • Drive process improvement projects to enhance accuracy, reduce defects, and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in business process outsourcing (BPO), with at least 2 years in a quality lead/supervisory role.
  • Mortgage process experience is preferred, including loan origination, servicing, and underwriting.
  • Strong understanding of quality tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, RCA, and CAPA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
