Job Title: Mortgage Process Transformation LeadWe are seeking a Mortgage Process Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end mortgage process transformation initiatives across origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing.About the Role:The successful candidate will identify gaps in current-state processes and design target operating models leveraging automation, digitization, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end mortgage process transformation initiatives across origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing.
  • Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to implement digital solutions (RPA, AI/ML, workflow automation, e-mortgage tools).
  • Ensure regulatory adherence with CFPB, RESPA, TILA, and other U.S. mortgage compliance frameworks.
  • Define KPIs and metrics to measure transformation impact (cost per loan, cycle time, customer NPS, delinquency management).
  • Drive Lean Six Sigma / process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, process re-engineering for mortgage.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. mortgage lifecycle origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and compliance.
  • Strong expertise in Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile delivery, and change management frameworks.
  • Hands-on exposure to digital transformation enablers: RPA, OCR, AI/ML, data analytics, LOS (Loan Origination Systems), and workflow platforms.
