Job Description

Sr. Manager- Mortgage Transformation || Bangalore/Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end mortgage process transformation initiatives across origination, underwriting, closing, and servicing.
- Identify gaps in current-state processes and design target operating models leveraging automation, digitization, and best practices.
- Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to implement digital solutions (RPA, AI/ML, workflow automation, e-mortgage tools).
- Ensure regulatory adherence with CFPB, RESPA, TILA, and other U.S. mortgage compliance frameworks.
- Define KPIs and metrics to measure transformation impact (cost per loan, cycle time, customer NPS, delinquency management).
- Drive Lean Six Sigma / process re-engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, process re-engineering for mortgage.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. mortgage lifecycle origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, and compliance.
- Strong expertise in Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile delivery, and change management frameworks.
- Hands-on exposure to digital transformation enablers: RPA, OCR, AI/ML, data analytics, LOS (Loan Origination Systems), and workflow platforms.
