Mortgage Process Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mortgage Process Associate to join our team. This role will involve working closely with our clients to execute transactions, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure compliance with governance policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Process mortgage transactions efficiently and accurately
- Meet or exceed SLAs for transaction processing
- Ensure adherence to governance policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mortgage Banking or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage processing
- Proficient in MS Office with strong process focus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
