Insurance Sales Professional Role
The purpose of the Insurance Sales Professional role is to work with clients to comprehend their insurance needs and provide them with suitable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to operate independently, and have a solid understanding of life insurance products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with customers to ensure they understand the benefits of our plans and verify if these meet their requirements.
- Conduct sales of life insurance products to customers.
- Offer cross-selling/up-selling services.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or within the BFSI sector.
- Demonstrated knowledge of local markets.
- A valid driving license (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler).
