As we embark on a transformational journey, expanding our presence across India and international markets, we seek a dynamic and results-driven Market Sales Leader who can drive growth, strengthen our retail and distribution network, and create impactful sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute field sales initiatives to achieve sales objectives in the zone marketplace and within sales centers.
- Lead and engage a market area team to create effective sales strategies, maximizing sales growth.
- Establish store-level growth plans, connecting to Zone objectives for revenue, freshness, and realization, while building customer relationships that align with planned store-level growth goals.
- Communicate plans and conduct quarterly or monthly reviews with business partners to identify opportunities and action plans.
- Execute growth opportunities to grow market share through the execution of DSDE best practices.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in all aspects of food sales or comparable industry.
- Experience leading salaried associates with team responsibility.
- Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others.
- Computer skills and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Bilingual - English/Hindi (Gujarati is a plus).
