To drive this ambitious expansion, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Growth & Digital Marketing Leader to spearhead customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. Role & Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on acquiring new customers and expanding brand awareness. Lead customer acquisition efforts across digital and offline channels, including performance marketing, content marketing, and strategic partnerships. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns leveraging Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, display advertising, and email marketing. Oversee content creation for website, social media, email campaigns, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with brand messaging. Identify and manage influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance personalization and streamline customer acquisition. Analyze marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, and operations) to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition. Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting new technologies and strategies to keep Kabhi B competitive in the D2C retail bakery space. Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously testing new approaches to improve marketing effectiveness. Who You Are: A data-driven marketer with a strong background in customer acquisition, particularly in D2C and FMCG brands. Proficient in digital marketing channels, but also open to exploring offline tactics such as PR, events, and experiential marketing. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments. A problem-solver and doer, unafraid to build processes from scratch and navigate ambiguity. Strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive marketing success. Familiar with design tools like Canva, with a keen eye for branding and creative execution. Qualifications & Experience: 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in D2C growth marketing focused on customer acquisition. Expertise in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), social media marketing, content marketing, and CRM tools. Proven success in executing impactful marketing campaigns—we'd love to hear about your best work Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
