Accounts Receivables Specialist Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily calls/queries relating to billing processes, resolving inquiries/queries related to Billing, and adhering to policy guidelines for billing. Key responsibilities include investigating and addressing customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies, downloading Bank statements for all accounts, providing bank statements, remittances and correspondences received to collectors on the same day, performing regular tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function, ensuring that cash is applied only based on defined process without exceptions, collating all remittances for Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and applying to correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers or related collectors, reconciling orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund, providing details of un-applied and unidentified cash to all collectors daily and following up proactively to get details of applications.
