About Our Role:

As a detail-oriented and organized Dental Claims Submission and Accounts Receivable Agent, you will be responsible for timely claim submission, payment tracking, outstanding balance follow-up, and accurate AR maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Submit dental insurance claims electronically and manually with accuracy and timeliness.">
  3. Review patient records, treatment plans, and insurance coverage to ensure proper coding and documentation.">
  4. Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims; investigate and resolve discrepancies.">
  5. Monitor accounts receivable reports and maintain current aging reports.">
  6. Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim issues and obtain payment status.">
  7. Work with front office staff and patients to clarify billing inquiries and account balances.">
  8. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental billing guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in claims and AR.">
  • Experience with dental management software.">
  • Excellent attention to detail and numbers.">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Full English proficiency.">
  • Microsoft Office skills and proficiency with G-suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, etc).
