About this Role

This position is responsible for overseeing accounting processes, ensuring revenue recognition accuracy, and maintaining documentation for internal management and investor reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, expertise in accounting, and experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable/Asset Management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establishing a governance process to ensure revenue recognition accuracy
  2. Maintaining documentation for internal management and investor reporting
  3. Establishing month-end close processes and recording transactions
  4. Ensuring on-time collections from customers
  5. CUSTOMER/STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND INTERACTIONS
  6. Generating invoices and credit notes/debit notes according to contractual terms
  7. Updation of month-end schedules and reports
  8. Preparing audit schedules and resolving vendor/asset management queries
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA Finance or Commerce Graduate with expertise in accounting
  • 4-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable/Asset Management
  • Working knowledge of local Indian financial reporting and tax compliance requirements
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Maturity to handle confidential information
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • High degree of ownership
