Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented accounting professional to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in accounting principles, GST compliance, tax, investment management, contracts & agreements, and financial reporting.

About the Role

  • Manage end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliances, foreign transactions, and financial planning while ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions in compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and BG (Bank Guarantee) management.
  • Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Accounting Management
    • Manage fund allocation, investment, and securities investments.
  • Taxation & Compliance
    • Ensure timely filing and compliance of TDS, Advance Tax etc.
    • Monitor advance tax liabilities and ensure accurate calculation & timely payments.
    • Handle statutory audits, tax assessments, and liaise with auditors and consultants.
  • Contracts & Agreements
    • Clients billing and follow up with clients for regarding payment.
    • Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Prepare and finalize financial reports, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Cash Flow Statements.
  • Systems & Processes
    • Implement process improvements for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
    • Train and supervise the accounts team, ensuring smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, tax, and investment management.
  • Expertise in mutual funds, securities, and investment accounting.
  • Proven experience in handling contracts, agreements, and client billing.
  • Hands-on experience in foreign payments, bank reconciliation, BGs/PBGs.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, MS Excel, and financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
